Individuals establish endowments at UMFA to support United Methodist causes that are meaningful to them.  These endowments provide perpetual resources to programs and missions that turn dreams into reality. Learn More.

UMFA assists in establishing endowments to help local churches sustain and expand their ministries that make disciples for Jesus Christ. The original gift remains intact to assure perpetual support of local church ministries without reducing the principal or utilizing funds in operating budgets. The interest earned is then used for impacting and strengthening the Church.

We educate local churches in understanding endowment gifts and in developing endowment policies, serve as resource persons for local church seminars, and consult with local church members as they consider planned gifts to their local church. We also provide free, personalized presentations that explain the details and benefits of various gift plans.

Contact Janet Marshall at 501-664-8632 or jmarshall@umfa.org for more information on creating your personal endowment or initiating your church’s endowment program.
